AIR TRAVEL
Discounts & Benefits
Flying to ABA Meetings
American Airlines and United Airlines provide 2 types of airfare discounts to ABA meeting attendees - zone fares and percentage discounts. Zone fares are fixed fares between two defined zones. Advance purchase rules do not apply to zone fares which are also refundable and changeable. Zone fares often are advantageous for last minute travel. Percentage discounts offer travelers a percentage off a variety of published airfare categories but not all fare categories. ABA discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, offerings or packages.
You can receive these discounts offline by calling, toll free, American Airlines at 1-800-433-1790 or United Airlines at 1-800-521-4041 or Orbitz For Business at 1-877-222-4185.
