CLE program hosted by the Coalition for Justice, cosponsored by the ABA Commission on Domestic Violence and Legal Momentum.

The program pointed to the hidden aspects of intimate partner sexual assault and the complex challenges presented while protecting the victim and her children while insuring due process for the accused.
